These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Zenith browser extension. By installing or using Zenith, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't install or use the extension.

1. What Zenith is

Zenith is a browser extension that helps you fill out web forms — including scholarship, college-admission, and government-exam forms — by remembering information you've typed before and reusing it. Zenith runs entirely on your own device; it does not submit any form on your behalf, and it does not verify the accuracy of any information, on this form or any other.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you save in Zenith and any information Zenith fills into a form on your behalf.
• Always review every autofilled field before submitting a form, especially on official government, scholarship, and admission portals. Zenith is a convenience tool, not a substitute for careful review — a wrong digit in an Aadhaar number or income figure is your responsibility to catch, not Zenith's.
• You should only use Zenith to store and enter your own information, or information you are otherwise authorized to enter (for example, a parent completing a form for their child).
• You agree to use Zenith only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of whatever website or form you're filling out.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prince Vanani | DecodeBits and Zenith's developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) Zenith — including a rejected application, a missed deadline, or incorrectly entered data — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use Zenith to:

• Submit fraudulent, false, or misleading information on any form
• Impersonate another person, or use another person's identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN, certificates, etc.) without their authorization
• Violate the terms of service of any website or portal you use Zenith on
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with Zenith or the websites it runs on beyond normal, intended use
• Break any applicable law or regulation

6. Third-party websites

Zenith operates on websites we don't own, control, or maintain — government portals, scholarship platforms, college admission systems, and any other site you choose to use it on. We are not affiliated with, and do not represent, any government body, educational institution, or scholarship provider. We're not responsible for the content, availability, or behavior of any third-party website.

7. Intellectual property

The Zenith name, logo, and extension code are owned by Prince Vanani | DecodeBits unless otherwise noted. You may use Zenith for your personal or organizational purposes as permitted by these Terms, but you may not redistribute, resell, or repackage the extension without permission.

8. Changes to these Terms or the service

We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Zenith at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use Zenith after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using Zenith at any time by disabling or uninstalling it. We may discontinue or restrict access to Zenith at our discretion, for example if we discontinue the product entirely.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, India.
